Delete your account

You can delete your FollowMe account at any time, directly in the app.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the FollowMe app.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap "Delete account".
  4. Read the confirmation and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Any coins left in your wallet are forfeited, so spend them first if you want to use them.

What happens to your data

Deleted straight awayYour phone number, your name, your device and notification records, and your support conversations.
Kept, anonymisedOrder and payment records, no longer linked to your name or phone number. We are required to keep accurate financial records, so these are retained without anything that identifies you.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@pixelat.tech from the phone number on the account, or include it in the message, and we will process the deletion for you. We ask for this because an anonymous web form could otherwise be used to delete someone else's account.
